Min Seo Hwang is an attorney at Kim & Chang who provides legal advice in various areas of corporate law, including export control, international trade and customs, environment, foreign investment regulations and intellectual property.
Some of his major clients include semiconductors, automobiles, machinery, and chemicals companies in Korea and abroad. Mr. Hwang represents Kim & Chang’s Industrial Security and Export Control Practice, which is composed of experts who specialize in related regulations and in controlled items. Throughout the years, he has provided advice on regulations related to strategic goods, export licenses and related disputes, and provided overseas regulatory services to leading domestic and overseas companies. Moreover, he has contributed to the establishment of Kim & Chang’s internal compliance systems in line with the strengthening of global regulations.
