Dong Jun (DJ) Yeo is a tax attorney/CPA at Kim & Chang and serves as a leader of its Transfer Pricing Practice. He practices primarily in the areas of transfer pricing, tax audits, dispute resolution and general tax consulting.

Mr. Yeo has been providing clients with transfer pricing services in the US and Korea for many years. He has worked with a wide variety of industries, including automotive, pharmaceutical and medical devices, consumer goods, semiconductors and software. He has extensive experience in all phases of transfer pricing related matters, such as planning, strategies, restructuring and complex audits. He also represents clients in complex tax audits and disputes and assists with APA applications and mutual agreement proceedings between the National Tax Service and foreign tax authorities.

Mr. Yeo is a member of the Tax Administration Promotion Committee advising the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, and is a frequent speaker in international forums. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, he worked in Coopers & Lybrand in New York (1987-1992) and Samil Accounting Corporation (1981-1985).

Mr. Yeo received an M.A. in accounting from the Graduate School of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1987 and a B.A. in international economics from the College of Social Science at Seoul National University in 1980. He is a certified public accountant in Korea and Illinois.
