Kihwan Ahn is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practice primarily in litigation.
Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Ahn served in the Korean judiciary for 14 years, first as a judge and later as a presiding judge in district courts and the Seoul High Court. He was also a professor at the Judicial Research And Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
During his tenure as a judge, presiding judge, and professor, Mr. Ahn accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil and criminal law. Mr. Ahn specializes in civil and criminal cases relating to corporate reorganization and white collar crime.
He received his LL.B. from Seoul National University and also attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korea bar.
