Dae Hyun Seo is an attorney at Kim & Chang with a diverse range of experience in intellectual property practice, including trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition. 

Mr. Seo represents multinational corporations as well as major Korean companies in lawsuits involving trade secret, copyright, trademark infringement and unfair competition. He has also advised various domestic and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition. Furthermore, he regularly advises IT companies, including game companies, on a wide range of legal issues relating to IP disputes and industry-specific issues such as licensing and governmental regulations.
