Bio

Sung Eyup Park is an attorney in Kim & Chang's Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Governance, Foreign Direct Investment, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Mergers & Acquisitions and Europe Practices.

Mr. Park practices in the area of corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and antitrust law. He also has extensive and broad experience advising the firm's clients in the petroleum and IT industries. 

Apart from his practice at the firm, Mr. Park has experience serving as a member of the Competition Policy Review Committee and the Labeling and Advertisement Review Committee at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC). As a member of these committees, he advised on amendments to the Fair Trade Law and various sub-regulations. Prior to his role as an outside advisor on competition policies for the KFTC, he was a member of the advisory committee for the Fair Subcontracting Division at the KFTC for a number of years.

Sung Eyup Park is an attorney in Kim & Chang's Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Governance, Foreign Direct Investment, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Mergers & Acquisitions and Europe Practices.
