紹介

Heejun Choi is a senior member in Kim & Chang’s Merger & Acquisitions Practice, Investment Management Practice, Private Equity Practice and Securities Practice.

Since joining Kim & Chang, he has regularly represented clients on high-profile domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and assisted in the licensing or registration of investment vehicles for major domestic and global investment management groups. In addition, he has extensive experiences in corporate governance, fund formation matters, and corporate and securities law.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2008, Mr. Choi served as a judicial officer in the Korean army from 2004 to 2007.

Mr. Choi received an LL.M. from UCLA School of Law in 2014 and his LL.B. from Korea University in 2003. He attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2005.
