Chanik Park is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park worked in New York and Hong Kong for seven years at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he specialized in private equity investments, LBOs, cross-border M&As, and international securities offerings.
Mr. Park received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2018 and his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2011. He is admitted to the New York bar.
