Je-Sung Ko is an attorney at Kim & Chang, who specializes in construction and engineering litigation, corporate criminal defense, insurance, and family, trusts and estates litigation. 

After graduating from the Korean National Police University, Mr. Ko worked as a police officer for four years, and served in various levels of courts, including the Seoul Central District Court, for 18 years as a judge, engaging in diverse litigations ranging from civil, criminal and administrative to household matters. Especially during his time at the Supreme Court of Korea as a Research Judge, Mr. Ko accumulated extensive experience and strengthened his expertise in criminal and labor issues.
