Mr. Lee's representative work in recent years includes advising clients on joint venture projects involving construction companies, restructuring of major Korean companies, and representing large companies in tax audits and related tax appeals. 

Mr. Lee joined the firm in 2000 after five years of distinguished service with the Board of Audit and Inspection, where he served as the deputy director of the division responsible for auditing the National Tax Service.
