Kyung-Ran Yoo is an attorney at Kim & Chang. She practices in the areas of litigation, corporate governance, and corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense. Based on her work experience as a certified public accountant, she possesses strong expertise in finance, accounting and corporate finance, and tax. She is particularly experienced in tax consulting, tax audit assistance and tax litigation. 

Before joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Yoo began her career as an analyst at Citibank Korea, where she worked as a part of its global banking practice and participated in innovative marketing strategies. Later, she worked as a certified public accountant at Samil PwC. As a member of the accounting firm’s financial audit department for five years, she widened her understanding of various businesses, such as manufacturing, banking, investment, entertainment, IT and commercial distribution. 

Ms. Yoo authors various professional publications regarding tax law and, as a leading member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Korea Local Tax Association, and the Tax Law Association, she gives presentations on and is actively involved in the discussion of many key issues in taxation.
