Jae Hong Park is a tax attorney/CPA in Kim & Chang’s Tax and Transfer Pricing Practices. 

Mr. Park has provided tax services for numerous multinational and domestic corporations in various tax areas, including tax compliance, planning and disputes (e.g., tax audits and domestic tax appeals). 

As a member of the Transfer Pricing Practice, Mr. Park also specializes in providing clients with tax advice on international tax matters, such as transfer pricing, permanent establishment, withholding and treaty interpretation. He also performs qualitative and quantitative analyses on cross-border transactions and assists clients in formulating transfer pricing policies. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Park advised on accounting at Samil PwC, where he performed independent auditing services and consulting services for domestic and multinational corporations. From 2011 to 2012, Mr. Park also worked as an intern analyst at a transfer pricing group of Charles River Associates, an economic, financial and business management consulting firm headquartered in Boston.
