On August 19, 2019, Hyemin Park and Wonyoung Yoo, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as speakers of the seminar on “Overview of Emergency Arbitrator Proceedings” hosted by International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum (“ICC YAF”) and held at Kim & Chang’s Seoul office.

Ms. Park, who was appointed as the Regional Representative of the North Asia Chapter of ICC YAF, organized the entire event and participated as the moderator.  Ms. Yoo participated as a speaker in the first session for the mock case.  The seminar concluded with a discussion by international arbitrators on the actual cases of emergency arbitrator proceedings.
