Jeremiah N. Phillips is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. His practice is focused primarily on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and joint ventures. He also specializes in the fields of energy, infrastructure and technology, media & telecommunications, and regularly provides assistance on a broad range of general corporate matters, US securities laws and corporate governance matters, as well as privacy and data protection-related matters.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Phillips was employed as an associate and then counsel in the mergers & acquisitions and private equity groups of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York and Hong Kong.

Mr. Phillips received his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2010, and his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2006. He is admitted to the New York bar.
