Jina Myung is an attorney in the firm’s Financing Practice. 

Ms. Myung has extensive experience in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions and regulatory matters, including banking, corporate financing, ship financing, structured financing, acquisition financing, issuance of overseas securities, mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions and acquisition of real estate in representing top Korean and international corporations.

She has co-authored various publications, including “Practical Law - Acquisition Finance Global Guide: Korea chapter” (Thomson Reuters).

Ms. Myung graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 1999, and received an LL.B. from the Seoul National University College of Social Science in 1991. She is admitted to Korean bar.
