Inje Kang is an attorney at Kim & Chang who specializes in the areas of corporate compliance, anti-corruption, and internal investigation. He also has various work experience in digital forensics and legal tech, such as the establishment of a machine learning-based monitoring system.

Employing his in-depth knowledge of the health industry, which incorporates the pharmaceutical, medical device, food, and cosmetics industries, Mr. Kang has advised on matters relating to industry-specific regulations, fair trade, advertising, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, and distribution. He has also represented multiple global companies before the Korean regulators such as the Prosecutors' Office and the Korea Fair Trade Commission on a diverse range of cases.

Mr. Kang possesses extensive experience in establishing and strengthening compliance systems for corporations and providing relevant improvement measures. He has successfully established and strengthened compliance systems for companies in the chemical, food, tourism, technology, distribution, machinery, automobile, electronics, pharmaceutical, and heavy industries.
