On September 12, 2018, seven Kim & Chang attorneys – Myungshin Lee, Seung Kyu Lee, Jinho Hong, Byoung Kwon Park, Do Hyung Lee, In Hwan Lee, and Inje Kang – presented at the Corporate Legal Risk and International Compliance Trends seminar hosted by Thomson Reuters/LAWnB.

In the seminar, our attorneys discussed domestic and international trends in risk management, and highlighted different types of potential corporate risks as well as measures to develop an anti-corruption compliance system. 

The seminar was attended by a number of corporate executives, in-house counsels, and members of operational management, finance, and strategic planning departments.
