- Advised a major Korean contractor in relation to a dispute regarding a USD 4 billion refinery marine terminal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against the largest state-owned developer.
- Represented a South Korean engineering and construction company in relation to an ICC arbitration concerning the delayed construction of a 1200MW independent power project in the Middle East.
- Advised Special Manager to the Official Receiver on outstanding construction liabilities arising out of the Carillion insolvency.
- Represented a Japanese-Korean JV in respect of an ICC arbitration arising out of the construction and engineering of an ammonia and urea plant in Algeria.
- Advised the South Korean Government authority in respect of its participation in a consortium concerning a major road construction project in Kazakhstan.
- Advised a Korean electronics giant in respect of a dispute arising out of a distributorship agreement in Saudi Arabia.
- Represented a global heat exchanger manufacturer in quantum stage of NAI arbitration against a Dutch company in a licensing contract breach case.
- Represented a major Korean construction company in preparation for multibillion dollar investment treaty arbitration against post-Gaddafi Libyan government.
