Bio

Don Suh is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Suh maintains a broad corporate practice, which includes mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, private equity transactions and corporate governance. Mr. Suh also regularly advises on competition law and crisis management matters.

Mr. Suh covers a diverse set of industry sectors, with extensive experience advising clients in the industrials, energy, chemicals, banking, real estate and telecommunications, media & technology sectors.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Suh was with Shearman & Sterling’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York. Mr. Suh’s previous experience also includes serving as Managing Partner at Six Pines Capital, a boutique oilfield services, equipment and technology advisory firm, as the General Counsel of Dover Corporation’s Energy Segment and as head of the Legal M&A and Supply Chain functions at Dover Corporation. Mr. Suh began his legal career at Shearman & Sterling in New York.

Mr. Suh received his J.D. and LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in 2002, M.A. from the University of Chicago in 1999 and his B.A. from Haverford College in 1996. He is admitted to the New York and Illinois bars.
