Bio

Seung Wook Choi is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in labor and employment law.

He is an expert defense counsel who works on various cases based on his extensive experience in labor and employment, engineering and construction, and criminal cases.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Choi served in the judiciary system for 16 years, first as a Judge and later as a Presiding Judge. During his term, he accumulated broad experience and in-depth knowledge in a variety of cases and fields.

As a an expert in labor and employment law, he has lectured on the topic of “Dismissal and Wage (Retirement Benefits)” at the Judicial Research and Training Institute.

Mr. Choi received an LL.B. from the College of Law, Seoul National University in 1983 and completed his coursework in LL.M. from Seoul National University in 1985. He also graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
