Beom-Kon Cho, an attorney at Kim & Chang, practices primarily in the area of Korean labor law and has extensive experience in both Korean labor law and Vietnamese labor law.

Mr. Cho not only adequately responds to civil and criminal cases related to labor laws, but also provides advice on a wide range of areas (such as investigation of workplace harassment and sexual harassment cases, response to the labor union, analysis of the wage system and human rights impact assessment), suggesting optimal solutions to various HR and labor issues companies might face.

In particular, Mr. Cho has recently provided logistics, IT and platform businesses with advice on criminal labor cases, workplace harassment cases, and other labor and HR issues.

Mr. Cho also worked at Kim & Chang’s Ho Chi Minh City office in Vietnam from August 2018 to January 2020, having significant knowledge and experience on Vietnamese labor laws.

Currently, he works at Kim & Chang’s Seoul office, providing domestic and international companies with advice on various labor law matters, as well as providing advice on Vietnamese law to Korean companies investing in Vietnam.
