Song-Ho Lee is an attorney in Kim & Chang’s construction, family, trusts and estates, and white collar criminal practices. 

Prior to working at the firm, Mr. Lee served as a district court judge for seven years, first at the Seoul Central District Court and later at the Seoul Southern District Court and Jinju Branch of the Changwon District Court. During his tenure as a judge, Mr. Lee gained extensive experience in a wide range of civil, commercial and criminal cases. 

Since joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Lee has been handling and advising on various construction and real estate disputes as a member of the firm’s Construction & Engineering Disputes Practice, which is comprised of attorneys and professionals specialized in the field of construction. Mr. Lee has also served as a lecturer at the Construction and Real Estate Law Training Center of the Seoul Bar Association since 2014. 

Utilizing his experience in family cases accumulated during his tenure as a judge, Mr. Lee also represents and advises on litigation involving family and inheritance and asset management.
