Teo Kim is a member of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity groups.

Mr. Kim has practiced in a wide range of areas in corporate and securities law and has extensive experience in M&A and private equity investment. He also advises extensively on corporate governance and fund formation matters.

Mr. Kim was selected as “ALB Dealmakers of Asia 2021” and awarded “South Korea Dealmakers 2021.”

Mr. Kim co-authored “Discovering the South Korean IPO Market” (IFLR, 2022) and “Major Issues of Acceptance Financing By LBO” (The Business Finance Law, 2015.9, Center for Financial Law at Seoul National University).

Mr. Kim received his B.A. from Seoul National University in 2007. He graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2010 and subsequently earned an LL.M. degree from UCLA School of Law in 2017.
