On April 20, 2023, Jae Ha Kwon, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a panelist at a seminar hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (the “ICC YAAF”).

In the seminar, titled “Another Tub – Is it Time for Fact Witness Conferencing?,” international arbitration practitioners, including Ms. Kwon, discussed how reliable fact witness evidence is based on recent psychological and neurological studies.

In addition, attorney Shul Park, who was selected as the ICC YAAF Regional Representative of the North Asia Chapter, organized the event.  Ms. Park invited renowned arbitrators, including Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and professor Joongi Kim, and organized the seminar to share practical tips with future practitioners.
