Kim & Chang’s attorneys Seoung-Ho Shin and Jong-Won Jeon spoke at a webinar on “Recent Issues in Corporate Compliance – Focusing on Societal Changes Following the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

At the webinar, Mr. Shin and Mr. Jeon reviewed legal issues companies would face during the COVID-19 pandemic from a short-term, mid-term and long-term perspectives.  They also introduced internal compliance systems and guidelines that companies could consider in order to resolve or prevent such legal issues.
