Kim & Chang’s foreign attorneys Samuel Nam and Ik Hwan Cho, together with Korean attorney Jong-Won Jeon, participated as lead moderator and panelists in the 2019 ACC Asia-Pacific Annual Meeting.

Our attorneys conducted an hour-long workshop on corporate internal investigations, focusing on practical considerations and best practices.  Mr. Nam led a robust discussion with the audience on the latest issues and case studies, and Mr. Cho and Mr. Jeon participated in the discussion as panelists.

The annual meeting hosted by Association of Corporate Counsel (“ACC”) was held in Hong Kong on April 11, 2019.  The meeting was attended by nearly 200 in-house counsels and lawyers and professionals from law firms, accounting firms and consulting services firms throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
