Mr. Joon Hwan Park of Kim & Chang participated as a presenter in a seminar on Port and Logistics Law.

The seminar, which was co-hosted by Research Centre for Maritime Law of Korea University and Incheon Port Authority, held on May 20th for discussing on protection system of port and logistics companies under the Korean commercial law, port logistics security law and towing works.  Mr. Park gave a presentation on “amended act on vessel arrival/departure and main legal issues on towing works.”
