Young Joon Mok and Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon of Kim & Chang participated in the ceremony for 50th anniversary of establishment of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
A conference entitled “Current Status and Points of Improvement of Arbitration in Korea” was held as part of the ceremony on March 22th at COEX. Mr. Mok and Mr. Yoon gave a presentation “Retrospect and Prospect for 50 years of Arbitration in Korea” and “Plans for Establishing Korea as the Hub of International Arbitration.”
