On July 3, Mr. Dong Kun Kang and Dr. Sung-Hun Cho of Kim & Chang participated in the 3rd Anti-Corruption Seminar of Supreme Prosecutors’ Office.

The seminar, hosted by the Community of Prosecutors Specializing in Anti-Corruption, was held in a conference room of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office.  Mr. Kang gave a presentation entitled the ‘Status of Pharmaceutical Industry and Rebate Regulation.’  Over ten prosecutors and 7-8 investigators who are members of the Community participated in the seminar to discuss recent cases on accounting fraud, loan scandal and investigations into pharmaceutical rebates.
