On November 5, 2019, Kim & Chang hosted the International Construction Lecture Series seminar with International Contractors Association of Korea. 

In this lecture series, Dami Park, Daewoong Lee, Hyunbok Lee and Don Jeon, members of Kim & Chang’s construction disputes team, gave practical tips for Korean construction companies in claim negotiation. 

Byung-Woo Im, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, organized the event.  Kim & Chang’s International Construction & Project Team plans to continue inviting world-renowned construction specialist attorneys and experts, and host lectures that provide helpful information to Korean companies engaging in overseas projects.
