Junho Bae is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. His practice focuses on regulatory and transactional matters, particularly within the financial services industry.
Mr. Bae advises financial institutions and corporates on licensing, capital, corporate governance and sales and trading issues, cross-border securities offerings, structured finance and derivatives transactions, the development of compliance and supervisory policies, and a number of other regulatory and enforcement issues.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Bae worked at Nomura Financial Investment (Korea) Co., Ltd. as the Head of Korea Legal, Compliance and Controls, responsible for managing all aspects of legal and compliance matters. He was a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang from 2010 to 2012 and previously served as a Captain and Judge Advocate in the Republic of Korea Army.
Mr. Bae received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2006 and B.A. in Economics from Tufts University in 2003.
