Heeyong Daniel Jang is a foreign attorney in the Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice and International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice at Kim & Chang.

Mr. Jang manages various high-profile domestic and international investigation cases, advising clients subject to investigation by government agencies in South Korea, the US and Europe. He also works for clients facing international arbitrations and cross-border litigations and has advised clients under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Jang practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison and was an in-house counsel at Samsung Electronics.

He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Yale Law School. He is admitted to the New York bar.
