Attorney Chang-Gyu Lee specializes in the antitrust and competition, competition litigation, technology, media and telecommunications (“TMT”), as well as the gaming, resort, and entertainment (“GRE”) sectors. Mr. Lee possesses extensive experience managing complex antitrust investigations and litigation, including high-profile unfair support cases involving major conglomerates subject to public disclosure requirements. Drawing on his deep expertise in the gaming and TMT industries, Mr. Lee provides strategic legal counsel and robust representation to multinational corporations across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Mr. Lee has achieved outstanding results representing numerous domestic and international clients across the full spectrum of antitrust and fair trade matters, including international and domestic cartels, unfair support, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade practices, agency and subcontracting issues, and advertising and labeling regulations.

In particular, he has handled a wide range of large-scale antitrust investigations and litigation, with recent successes in major conglomerate unfair support and private interest transactions. Notably, in 2024, he secured complete dismissal judgments regarding sanctions imposed on affiliates of publicly disclosed business groups for alleged private interest transactions.
