• Managed response to collective damage claims related to low-frequency noise and vibration disturbances.
• Handled civil, criminal and administrative lawsuits, and provided response strategies for cases involving violations of the Clean Air Conservation Act, the Water Environment Conservation Act and the Environmental Pollution Facilities Act associated with the operation of emission facilities.
