Mr. Lee has advised domestic and international strategic investors and PEFs on mergers & acquisitions, has advised and represented clients on fair trade matters including cartel and merger reviews, has advised companies in game and entertainment industries, and has advised and represented clients regarding customs cases. In addition to his experience in the law firm, he also worked for Banksalad Co., Ltd, a Fin Tech startup in Korea, and Coupang, one of largest commerce companies in Korea, as a legal counsel.
