Bio

Chi Anh Tran is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang’s Vietnam Practice.

Throughout her career, Ms. Tran has advised international clients conducting business in Vietnam, especially those in the manufacturing, TMT and health sectors.

She also has extensive experience in competition, corporate compliance and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Tran was a partner at Rajah & Tann LCT in Vietnam. She also worked at Baker & McKenzie’s Ho Chi Minh City Office for almost ten years and was head of the dispute resolution, compliance and competition team.

Ms. Tran was nominated as a Non-Government Advisor (NGA) by Vietnam Competition Authority at the International Competition Network (ICN) in 2018. She has co-authored multiple publications of Baker & McKenzie and Rajah & Tann Asia on international arbitration, competition and corporate compliance. She is guest lecturer at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Ms. Tran received an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham in 2006 under the Chevening Scholarship of the UK Government, and her LL.B. from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2004 with distinction. She is admitted to Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
