Bio
David Yongkyu Han is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Han practices primarily in mergers and acquisitions and project development matters. He has worked throughout Asia, Europe and North America.
Mr. Han has advised on corporate and private equity buyers and sellers: project developers, investors and lenders on green field developments and secondary market transactions. His energy experience includes power generation (nuclear, renewables and conventional) and petrochemicals.
Before joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Han was associated with the London, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City offices of Baker McKenzie.
Mr. Han has received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto, Canada in 2005 and B.A. in Asian Studies from University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada in 2001. He is admitted to the British Columbia bar.
