Bio

Chun Y. Yang is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He has extensive experience in the areas of patent litigation, trade secret, criminal and other government investigations, product liability & consumer claims, antitrust, government affairs, and data protection—involving multiple jurisdictions, including Korea, the United States, China, Japan, Europe and Taiwan. He was a lead member of the team to successfully defend multinational company defendants in two of Korea's largest criminal trade secret cases, all the way to the Korean Supreme Court. 

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Yang worked at Fish & Neave in New York (1992-1996), Finnegan Henderson in Washington, D.C. (1997-1998), and as an in-house counsel at Symbol Technologies (1998-2000). He served as a law clerk to Judge Raymond C. Clevenger, III at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 1996-1997. He received his undergraduate degree in physics from Harvard College (1989) and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School (1992).

Chun Y. Yang is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang.
