Jong-Chul Jang is an attorney in Kim & Chang's Litigation Practice. He practices in a wide range of corporate and finance law areas, with a focus on administrative law, real property and construction law. 

Before joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Jang served in the judiciary system for four years as a judge in district courts. During his tenure as a judge, he accumulated extensive experience in a wide range of civil, criminal, administrative and tax litigation cases. 

Reflecting his varied experience as a judge, Mr. Jang has a broad practice in civil and administrative litigation at the firm.
