Joon Ho Bu is an attorney in the firm's International Trade & Customs Practice Group. Mr. Bu has an extensive experience in representing corporate clients before Korean Customs Service, Customs Offices, Tax Tribunal, and Courts for customs appeal cases. Mr. Bu also has represented clients before the Korean Trade Commission for trade remedy cases.
The clients Mr. Bu has represented are engaged in a wide range of industries, including information technology, logistics, beverage, alcoholic beverage, and paper industries. Mr. Bu counsels corporate clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, such as direct foreign investment, setting-up and separation of joint ventures, spin-offs and liquidation.
