Seung yi Paik provides legal advice primarily in the fields of fair trade, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, foods, cosmetics, hotels, resorts, etc.

Ms. Paik has represented a number of multinational and domestic companies with respect to various antitrust and competition issues, including cartel, business combination, distributorship, franchise and advertising. She also provides various corporate legal advice on antitrust and competition issues and other regulatory issues in the distribution and consumer goods, dining, lodging industries, etc. In the field of franchise business, she has built up various experiences and capabilities such as advising on global brand's expansion into Korea, Korean companies' overseas expansion, Korea Fair Trade Commission ("KFTC") investigations and hearing relating to franchise law and vaious dispute resolution (mediation, litigations).
