Jae Hyung Ban is a highly respected attorney at Kim & Chang with extensive experience advising multinational corporations on complex regulatory and litigation matters. Known as a “go-to lawyer” in the industry, Mr. Ban specializes in antitrust and competition, merger control, corporate compliance and various administrative regulations, including technology, media and telecommunications (“TMT”), environmental law, finance and automotive sector regulation. Mr. Ban’s legal expertise extends beyond advisory work to include representation during governmental investigations and litigation, where he offers invaluable insights and strategy.
