In this seminar, Korean and international experts were invited to provide an in-depth analysis of the current status and trends of the TPF market in Korea.
Following Mr. Yoon’s opening remarks, which emphasized the latest trends related to TPF and its future applicability, Mr. Lee presented on the topic of “Key Issues in Utilization of TPF.” Ms. Kim participated as a panelist, sharing case studies and proposing ways for companies to effectively utilize TPF for dispute resolution.
