Sangdo Ki is a tax attorney/CPA at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the domestic tax and general tax consulting practices.
With over ten years of practice in domestic and international tax matters, Mr. Ki has developed practical experience and expertise in a wide range of tax issues and practices, including tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions and related transactions, tax audit assistance, resolution of tax controversies, tax rulings and legislative advisory. He also advises on tax incentives, indirect taxes, real estate taxation, and tax related issues on setting up and restructuring Korean operations of multinational companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ki worked at Samil PwC from 2003 to 2006.
Mr. Ki earned his Master of Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program, University of Denver in 2013 and his B.A. from the College of Humanities, Seoul National University in 2004. He is a certified public accountant in Korea.
