紹介
Noh Wan Park is a senior advisor at Kim & Chang. He primarily advises Korean companies on investment and entry into Vietnam in collaboration with other experts in our Seoul office and Vietnam (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh) offices.
Mr. Park is one of the leading experts on Vietnam and has had steady, in-depth relations with Vietnam for more than 40 years, since the early 1980s when he first developed his passion for Vietnam while in college.
As the first non-Vietnamese to receive a Ph.D. from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Mr. Park has extensive expertise in Vietnam. Above all, he has rich local experience, having worked in Vietnam for more than half of his career of 33 years as a diplomat.
In October 2022, the Vietnamese government awarded Mr. Park the highest Order of Friendship in recognition of his contributions to improving Korea-Vietnam relations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Vietnam.
