As a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice, Ms. Son advises a broad range of companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetic sectors on matters including corporate, regulatory, compliance and general commercial law issues. For the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in particular, she advises on pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, compliance and competition law issues.
As a member of the Antitrust & Competition Practice, Ms. Son advises clients on a wide range of competition law matters, including unfair trade practices and distributor-related issues, and KFTC investigations and disputes.
