Chun Y. Yang, a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang, spoke at the 2019 Global Conference hosted by the New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) International Section. 

During the Corporate/Transactional Panel Session, Mr. Yang presented on “Trade Secret Practice in Korea,” highlighting recent law developments, challenges and strategic considerations in trade secret practice.

Held in Tokyo on November 5-8, 2019, the conference served as a platform for discussion, cooperation, networking and exchange of knowledge for nearly 200 professionals around the globe.
