On July 4-5, 2019, Byung-Woo Im, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at seminars hosted by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) and Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (“VIAC”) in Vietnam.
The two-day seminar held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, respectively, was a “Workshop on Prevent & Resolve Contractual Disputes in Infrastructure PPP Projects.” Mr. Im spoke on how to “Resolve Contractual Disputes and Prevent Escalation of Disputes in Infrastructure PPP in Vietnam – Why ADR matters.”
Other topics discussed during the seminar included “Legal Framework and Potentialities of Infrastructure PPP in Vietnam and Sharing Korea’s Experience.”
