Youngwook Song is an attorney at Kim & Chang whose practice focuses on environmental law and occupational safety and health.

In the environmental field, Mr. Song advises clients on a broad range of regulatory matters involving climate change, air quality, water quality, soil contamination, waste, chemicals, and environmental impact assessments. He also has extensive experience in environmental compliance reviews and the establishment of compliance management systems, responses to regulatory authorities, and related investigations and litigation. Drawing on this experience, Mr. Song provides sophisticated legal advice that takes into account both environmental protection and the sustainable development of businesses.

Mr. Song also has substantial experience in occupational safety and health matters, including the establishment of safety and health management systems and compliance reviews for industrial workplaces, as well as investigations and litigation arising from industrial accidents, including serious accidents.
