Arnold Yoo-Hum Baek is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate and Antitrust & Competition Practices at Kim & Chang. 

Mr. Baek has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchases, private equity investment, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and other transactional projects (including real estate transactions regarding commercial building acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development projects, commercial leases, and indirect real estate investments through various real estate investment vehicles such as real estate funds). 

Mr. Baek has also represented both foreign and domestic clients regarding antitrust matters such as global cartel investigations and merger filings. 

In addition, Mr. Baek assists foreign clients with establishment and liquidation of Korean companies, subsidiaries, branches and indirect investment vehicles and assists these entities with ongoing regulatory corporate and compliance issues.
