Young Min Kim is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang, specializing primarily in finance. 

His practice focuses on advising publicly and privately held multinational and Korean financial institutions and corporations in a wide range of cross-border transactions, including banking, corporate finance, M&A finance, export finance, project finance, aircraft finance and ship finance. 

Mr. Kim has been listed for six consecutive years from 2015 to 2020 in Chambers Global as a leading individual in banking and finance. He has also been listed for two consecutive years in 2016 and 2017 in Euromoney’s Expert Guides, and three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020 in Legal 500 as a leading individual in banking, finance and transaction.
